We are now recruiting for a host to join our team at The The Magic Garden.
This is a full service role, that expands our team & focuses on our customer service - leading the team from the front and working to put your stamp on an award winning space in the centre of Nottingham.
We are looking for a people person, who is hands on, leads and inspires their team through their hard work and values.
Your Role…
- Welcome guests to the venue.
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
- Manage reservations.
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
- Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress's name.
- Greet customers upon their departure.
- Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options.
The ideal candidate will have…
- At least 1 years' experience as either a supervisor or team leader, with a proven track record in a high volume establishment - ideally with a focus on quality in a restaurant background.
- Strong Industry knowledge.
- Strong financial understanding.
- A strong outgoing personality with the ability to lead from the front.
- A keen attention to detail and high standards of service.
