We are seeking an EXPERIENCED passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant café environment. Your role will involve not only preparing coffee and tea but also ensuring that our customers have a delightful experience from the moment they enter our establishment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with basic math skills for accurate till management.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and build rapport.
Skills
- Previous barista experience is essential, showcasing your ability to create quality beverages.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards in food preparation areas.
- Strong serving skills to ensure customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.

We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our team 4/5 days a week 9.30 - 4pm. This will include weekends!
No evenings or split shifts.
