Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 11:00am (2 hours per shift) and Friday, 9:00am to 12:00pm (3 hours per shift)

The Role:
As a Cleaning Operative, you will help keep our client's site clean, safe, and welcoming. You will work as part of a friendly team to deliver a high standard of cleaning and customer service.
You will complete a range of cleaning tasks safely and efficiently, report any issues or hazards promptly, and follow company policies and training to carry out your role safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will report to the Team Leader.
As a Cleaning Operative, you will be expected to:
- As a Cleaning Operative, you will help keep our clients' site clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Carry out tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning washrooms, and other duties as required.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues and site employees.
- Keep your knowledge of cleaning practices, products, and techniques up to date.
- Support equality, diversity, and non-discriminatory working practices.
- Follow current health and safety legislation and company procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Self-motivation, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
- Good organisational skills.
- An awareness of relevant health and safety practices and procedures.
