Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial sites. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The position offers an excellent opportunity for those with practical skills in plumbing and related trades to contribute to high-quality service delivery.
The majority of the works currently are in the North West, working on office refurbishment Projects (WC refurbishments/ tenant kitchen installations/ etc).
Responsibilities
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply, drainage, and heating systems in accordance with safety standards and building codes.
- Diagnosing plumbing issues through inspection and troubleshooting techniques.
- Using hand tools, power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Reading technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repair work.
- Assembling pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances as required for various projects.
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and organised after completing tasks.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations.
Skills
- Proficiency in plumbing techniques combined with mechanical knowledge. .
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues accurately.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
