Are you a skilled hard landscaper looking for a new challenge creating high end gardens?
ASG Landscapes produce high end hard landscaping for our clients in the Winchester / Petersfield / Andover area. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced landscaper to join our team working on hard and soft landscaping projects.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in all aspects of landscaping and be confident in carrying out work to a high standard. We take great pride in the quality of our work, so attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently, provide clear & direct intructions and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' landscaping experience in construction: ground works, paving & terraces(clay pavers, porcelain and natural stone), retaining and decorative walls,
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and own transportation
About the role & duties
- Working as part of a team, understanding and working to plans & designs, and the SOW provided, communicating clearly
- Ensure all relevant machinery and materials are organised and available according to the plan
- Updating the landscape manager on a regular basis to ensure tasks run to time
- Ensure landscape work is carried out to the specification of the plan
- Adapting the site arrangements to reflect weather/working conditions of the day
- Jointly responsible for onsite health and safety
- Liaise with Landscaping manager to ensure the designer and client are up to speed with progress, changes and modifications
Pay: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
