About Us
Broadway Day Care is a well-established and highly regarded nursery based on Laceby Acres, Grimsby. We provide high-quality childcare and early education for children aged 6 months to 5 years, in a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment.
Due to a long term member of staff retiring we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and well-being, ensuring every child experiences a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe and assess children’s development and support their next steps
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, promoting emotional well-being
- Work in partnership with parents and carers, sharing updates and supporting individual needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
- Follow all nursery policies, including safeguarding, behaviour management, and confidentiality
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusive practice
What We’re Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential)
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for working with young children
