The role
As a Procurement Contracts Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Through Life Equipment Support (TLES) Procurement function. You'll be responsible for managing the administration and ongoing maintenance of live supplier contracts, helping to ensure contract compliance, supplier performance, and uninterrupted operational support.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a procurement and contract management environment, working closely with suppliers and a wide range of business stakeholders. Your work will help ensure that critical goods and services remain available to support important operational requirements.
Day-to-day, you will be:
Maintaining contract and pricing information within SAP and other business systems.
Processing contract amendments, renewals and extensions.
Supporting supplier performance reviews and contract governance activities.
Producing reports and maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.
Collaborating with procurement, sourcing, commercial, supply chain and operational teams, as well as external suppliers.
This role is full-time, 37 hours per week, based at Donnington, Telford. Hybrid working patterns are available, with three days per week onsite.
Essential experience of the Procurement Contracts Coordinator:
Experience within a procurement, contract administration, contract management, supply chain or commercial support role.
Experience maintaining data within SAP, ERP or similar business systems.
Experience working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support business objectives.
Experience producing reports and maintaining accurate records with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience following defined processes, procedures and compliance requirements.
Qualifications for the Procurement Contracts Coordinator:
Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS Level 4, or a willingness to work towards achieving one.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
