Overview
This is a weekend role (can be flexible between Friday after 6pm-sundays
6 hours per week within the same building and off street parking on site
Hourly rate is inclusive of holiday pay
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness in various environments. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept tidy, hygienic, and presentable for staff and visitors alike.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Work collaboratively with other team members or lone working to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
