We're looking for an exceptional Father Christmas to bring festive magic to our unique Santa Island Experience this Christmas.
This isn't your average Santa role. You'll be working on a beautiful island setting, arriving each day by boat, where families visit for a truly immersive Christmas adventure. You'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable memories for children and their families.
What we're looking for
- A warm, friendly and authentic Father Christmas who can engage naturally with children of all ages.
- A reliable, professional and enthusiastic team player.
- Someone with full availability throughout December.
- Weekend availability is essential. We can be flexible with working hours and shifts, but weekends are our busiest times.
The role
- Meet and interact with families in character as Father Christmas.
- Deliver magical, memorable experiences for every guest.
- Work as part of a close-knit team of around 20 elves who help bring the island to life.
- Travel to and from the island by boat as part of each shift.
- Maintain the highest standards of guest experience while staying in character.
