Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service.

- Oversee food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimise kitchen operations.
- Train and mentor junior staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times.
- Ensure timely delivery of meals during service hours while maintaining high quality standards.
- Assist in serving customers when required, providing excellent hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations with at least hygiene level. 2
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Proficiency in cooking across diverse cuisines with attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant operations is highly desirable.
