Opportunities have arisen at Future19, one of the North’s leading providers of supported accommodation for young people aged 16-18 years.
We are looking for passionate and experienced support workers to work with vulnerable young people across all our Future19 properties in the Rotherham and Doncaster
If you are a highly motivated person with commitment to helping young people and have a strong passion for making a difference in young peoples lives then Future19 is the place for you.
You will need to have previous experience in this field working with children under the age of 18 within a supported living or children's residential support setting.
You will need to work pro-actively to form strong relationships; challenging barriers to gain trust to provide positive outcomes for each individual.
You will need energy, passion and dedication to deliver a high level of service. You must be confident in lone working.
Future19 believes in giving a quality support service to all our young people, we support with educational enrolment, developing individuals independent living skills, celebration of events etc. All our young people are allocated key workers that offer 1:1 support to the young person to empower them to have the necessary skills to move on to independent living.
You will have the opportunity to further your education and qualifications within this field and you will also have access to training and mentoring from our very professional and experienced team.
We have developed some of our existing support workers to become Managers and Assistant Managers with in-house and course training.

Full- time shifts are 5 per week split over 7 days and evenings, sleep over shifts attract additional pay, overtime is always available and on call duties are available.
