Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and supplier enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Complete pre- and post-installation administration, including certificates, notifications, and customer handover documents.
- Prepare estimates and quotations and communicate with customers throughout the process.
- Log and follow up on customer issues or complaints.
- Keep company systems, emails, and documents organised and up to date.
- Take part in training and development opportunities.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Work in line with the company’s core values.
- Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by management.
Essential Skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Friendly, customer-focused approach with empathy and professionalism.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
- At least 2 years’ administration experience or experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in renewable energy, particularly solar technology.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Mechanical or technical understanding of solar systems or related equipment is desirable.
