Collinson are a family run engineering business with 60 years’ experience designing, manufacturing and installing smooth walled steel silos for the agricultural industry.
We have a proud tradition of investing in our employees and promoting from within, whenever the opportunity arises, previous Production Operatives have secured roles managing their own departments, working in sales, purchasing and driving, this could just be the start for you.
Role &Responsibilities,
You will gain industry experience working with sheet metal alongside a team of dedicated hard working operatives.
You will work with Air tools, hand tools, riveters and overhead cranes in a modern, well equipped factory gaining practical skills, knowledge and confidence.
No previous experience is required. You will be fully trained and supported by a mentor as you learn the silo assembly process.
It is a physical role which requires a practical approach to ensure silos are built to the required standards.
