Roadways is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
The role:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within highways, civils and infrastructure sectors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities, contractors and key stakeholders
- Preparing and delivering proposals, presentations and tender support to drive business growth
What we’re looking for:
- Proven business development experience within highways, civil engineering or construction sectors
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
