The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to analyse customer needs. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, providing information, resolving issues, and promoting our services. Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilise data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions and maintain updated records.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
- Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently.
- Analyse customer feedback and report any recurring issues or suggestions for improvement to management.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Previous experience in a call centre environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated experience in upselling or cross-selling products is a plus.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
