We are looking for a motivated and well-organised Administration Assistant to join our Residential team. In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for providing high quality day-to-day administration support to one of the Residential houses.
You’ll work closely with the Residential Manager and other teams across the organisation, helping to keep systems up to date, maintaining accurate records, and supporting with reports, staff information, and general office administration.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls, correspondence and general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
- Preparing documentation and evidence for Ofsted and CQC inspections
- Assisting with employee data for HR and payroll, including training records and absence tracking
- Maintaining staff files, photo boards, and organisational charts
- Managing house cash audits, budget tracking, and financial documentation
- Engaging positively with students and staff, helping to create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
About you:
You’ll have previous administration experience, strong organisation and communication skills, great attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You’ll understand the importance of confidentiality and be able to handle sensitive information appropriately. You’ll have a good standard of general education and be confident using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably Office 0365), and databases.
