We’re getting ready to open our newly refurbished venue on Bute Street, Cardiff — and we’re looking for experienced Supervisors to help shape it from day one.

The Role
This position is perfect for an experienced Supervisor or Team Leader who thrives on customer service, leads from the front, and wants their ideas heard in an expanding independent brand.
You’ll be hands-on, sleeves rolled up, setting the tone in service and supporting the management team in building something special.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting management with the day-to-day running of the venue including opening and closing shifts
- Leading from the front as a key part of the front-of-house team
- Running shifts confidently in the manager’s absence
- Delivering the best customer service
- Creating a positive, motivated team atmosphere
- Maintaining high levels of food safety standards
- Ensuring outstanding cleanliness standards
- Maintaining stock levels
- Coaching and development of team members
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience at Supervisor or Team Leader level
- A natural leader with a strong work ethic
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Creative, confident and people-focused
- Someone who genuinely cares about customer experience
