We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic general assistant/pool responder to join our team and gain comprehensive experience across all areas of our business.
Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality student or an individual looking to broaden their experience in the hospitality and leisure industry. As a General Assistant, you will work across various departments, including pool lifeguard duties, gaining a thorough understanding of what it takes to run a busy resort. Your role will be both customer facing and behind-the-scenes operations, providing you with a well-rounded skill set in hospitality management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pool & Leisure: Providing lifeguard support with our indoor heated pool and leisure facilities, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
- Housekeeping: Assisting in maintaining our in house laundry, providing high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest accommodations and public areas.
- Grounds & Maintenance: Occasionally participate in the upkeep of the resort grounds and assist with general maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Current Pool lifeguard certificate would be desirable but training can be provided. certificate
- Either live locally or be willing to relocate to Melfort Village.
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work across various departments and shifts.
- Drivers License, as our resort properties are not all within walking distance
