MF Team Woollard is expanding into Lincolnshire, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Martial Arts Instructor to join our growing team.
Whether you're already an experienced instructor or have a strong martial arts background and a passion for working with people, we'd love to hear from you.
You do not need any Martial Arts experience as all training is provided as you become part of the World's Leading Martial Arts Schools of its kind.
About the Role
This is more than teaching martial arts. You'll inspire children, teenagers and adults to become more confident, disciplined and resilient while creating a fun, safe and welcoming training environment.
You'll receive ongoing support, instructor development and the opportunity to grow with an expanding academy.
What We're Looking For
- Coaching or A martial arts background (any recognised style considered) is ideal but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, especially with children
- A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
- Confidence working with children, teenagers and adults
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Evening and occasional weekend availability
- The right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Previous teaching or coaching experience
- First Aid qualification (will be provided)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
