Buona Bottega is a new Italian wine bar, deli and café opening in Brentwood, inspired by aperitivo culture, great wine and simple, beautiful food. We’re looking for friendly, reliable Bar Servers to join our opening team.
The role includes:
- Serving wine, spritz, beer and non-alcoholic drinks
- Preparing and serving charcuterie boards and small nibbles
- Providing warm, attentive customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar and service area
- Working as part of a small, close-knit team
About you:
- Confident, friendly and customer-focused
- Interest in wine, food and hospitality (experience is a plus but not essential)
- Reliable and able to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable in a fast-paced but relaxed environment
Hours:
- Open 7 days a week
- Flexible shifts available (part-time and full-time considered)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10.85-£13.00 per hour
