Kirman Design is a multi-award-winning design and construction company. We deliver bespoke high-quality projects to the private sector throughout the northwest region. Due to our excellent reputation, magazine and national television coverage of our work, our schedule has expanded dramatically opening up the opportunity to grow our teams.
The right person must be able to:
- SHOW A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HARD LANDSCAPING.
- Construct gardens to a high level.
- Lead and manage a team constructing gardens.
- Be able to manage projects with work and materials schedules of projects up to £250k.
- Capable of implementing strategies for the efficient installation of private high end clientele.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and deliver projects within budget.
- Work to a high level of detailed finish and precision.
- Have excellent working knowledge of all aspects of hard landscaping.
- Able to follow detailed construction plans.
- Have a pleasant, professional and approachable persona.
- Be able to deal with clients, staff and sub-contractors effectively, efficiently and diplomatically.
- Experience on machinery and plant hire.
This role involves driving a company vehicle to sites across the northwest and as such you will need a full, clean, driving licence. We offer a competitive salary along with 28 days paid holiday, a full-time contract, pension scheme and the opportunity to work in a friendly, enjoyable workplace, helping to create inspiring industry leading projects. Hours are sensible. We work 8am till 4pm and generally no weekends.
