Coul House Hotel is a country house hotel and restaurant in a beautiful Georgian house. It is family run to a very high standard by Stuart and Susannah Macpherson. The house is located in the hills above Contin, Strathpeffer, has 21 rooms and a fabulous restaurant. We have a great team with many of the 25+ staff having worked here for several years or more. We are now looking to add to the team.
Coul House Hotel is looking to recruit waiting staff to join our team on a full time or part time basis.
Flexible hours as we currently need assistance throughout the day, evenings and includes weekend work if possible but not essential.
Experience is preferred but full training will be given.
Rate of pay meets the National Minimum Wage and is paid every two weeks.
Coul House is a privately owned family run country house hotel that prides itself on providing its guests with a high standard of service and attention to detail.
Accommodation is available for full time staff.
A good level of spoken English is essential.

- Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional hospitality and support catering events as needed.
- Handle cash and process payments while maintaining a balanced cash register.
