Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our dynamic Fire Alarm team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project management activities, coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, plans, and correspondence.
- Monitor project progress and update management on status developments.
- Support the preparation of project quotes, budgets, and resource materials.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Organise and manage project files electronically for easy retrieval.
- Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with risk management activities by preperation of RAMS.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence related to projects.
Requirements
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and familiarity with project management software is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in administrative or project support roles is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: £25,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
