We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Events Assistant to join our Glasgow team. As a Customer Events Assistant, you'll be involved in a variety of promotional events, brand activations, and customer engagement campaigns, helping to deliver memorable experiences while representing clients professionally.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring customers have a positive experience at every event. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers at events and promotional campaigns
- Providing information about products, services, and ongoing promotions
- Assisting with event setup, organisation, and breakdown
- Supporting customer interactions and answering general enquiries
- Creating a positive and professional brand presence
- Helping to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Working alongside team members to ensure events run smoothly
- Supporting event objectives and campaign goals
