Pay: starting £30,000 per annum, increasing to £32,000 per annum after probation.
Hours: 35 hours per week 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break

- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into effective improvement strategies.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple centres as required.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong commitment to achieving results.
- Achieved at least a Grade B in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). Candidates invited to an orientation meeting will be required to complete Maths and English assessments.
