Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support the management team in supervising staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Help coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards
- Manage reservations, organise seating arrangements, and optimise table utilisation
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly
- Assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing coaching to team members
- Support inventory management, including stock control and ordering supplies as needed
- Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that promotes excellent hospitality and service
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Supervising experience with demonstrated team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
- Familiarity with restaurant service procedures, including serving and hospitality best practices
- Previous experience in culinary roles such as chef assistant or barista is advantageous
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality or culinary arts are desirable

Pay: £27,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
