The Horse & Jockey in Wessington is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our busy, high-volume kitchen.
Due to our rural location, applicants must be able to drive and have their own transport. Weekend availability is essential.
The Role:
- Working across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services (shift times will vary)
- Running a section confidently during busy services
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Supporting junior team members when required
- Adhering to all food hygiene and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or a strong Commis ready to step up)
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
- Must be able to drive and work weekends
