New Business Development Manager

We provide outsourced property management and support services to letting and estate agents across the UK. We help agents reduce workload, improve efficiency, and deliver a better service to their landlords and tenants — without the overhead of building an in-house team.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven New Business Development Manager to help us build relationships with estate and letting agents and introduce them to what we do.
The Role
This is a B2B new business role focused on generating opportunities within the UK property sector. You'll be reaching out to estate and letting agents, building relationships, and opening the door for us to demonstrate the value of our outsourced property management services.
The role is primarily focused on:
- Lead generation
- Appointment setting
- Business development
You'll be expected to generate opportunities and book meetings, with the potential to progress opportunities further through the sales cycle where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UK property sector
- Develop relationships with estate and letting agents, introducing our outsourced property management and support services
- Conduct outbound prospecting via telephone, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings or demonstrations with decision-makers
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of all prospects and opportunities
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and work towards agreed conversion targets
- Represent the company professionally and develop a strong understanding of our service offering
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in business development, sales, lead generation or appointment setting
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with UK-based businesses would be advantageous
- Knowledge of the property, estate agency or lettings sector is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven
- Confident, professional telephone manner

Pay: £30,456.00-£65,256.86 per year
