Technical Officer

Keniston is looking for a competent Technical Officer to carry out inspections to tenanted and empty properties, identify building defects and specify remedial repairs. Act as Clerk of Works on larger stock reinvestment contracts.
The role requires you to be a strong team player and the ability to prioritise you own workload to ensure our service delivery targets are met.
