Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Practitioner Level 3 to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and education to children, fostering their development in a safe, nurturing environment. Duties
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behaviour, and daily activities.
- Support children in developing independence and social skills through positive guidance and encouragement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure consistent care and communication regarding each child's needs.
- Lead by example in maintaining a professional, organised, and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Manage daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and play sessions efficiently.
- Supervise junior staff members or trainees when necessary, providing guidance and support.
- Contribute to the organisation of nursery events or outings in line with organisational policies.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent recognised early childhood education certification.
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or similar Strong
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
