We're looking for reliable and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing AO Home Delivery team based in Fareham.
This is a full-time, self-employed role offering consistent work throughout the year, competitive pay, excellent earning potential, and full training. If you enjoy driving, working as part of a team, and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay & Benefits
- £13.25 per hour (Tuesday to Friday)
- Extra 50p per hour every Monday (£13.75 per hour)
- £14.25 per hour (Saturday & Sunday)
- £55 Daily Crew Bonus for achieving delivery and customer service targets
- Full-time, ongoing work throughout the year

The Role
As part of a two-person delivery crew, you will:
- Deliver AO appliances safely to customers' homes.
- Provide exceptional customer service on every delivery.
- Install appliances where required (full training provided).
- Work closely with your Driver Mate to complete deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Represent AO professionally while delivering a first-class customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Category B driving licence.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Physically fit, as the role involves lifting household appliances.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
