Packme Ltd, Thatcham, provide Eco friendly disposable packaging to the hospitality industry, and are actively seeking a full time Warehouse Operative/Driver, to join our ever expanding organisation.
This is a well varied position, with duties across all aspects of warehousing, and logistics.
You would be part of a experienced team, who will ensure that you fit into our organisation successfully.
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive and book in supplier deliveries
- Pick customer orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
- Support stock control and inventory management
- Assist customers and team members as needed
- Operate forklift
Driving Duties:
- Deliver goods to customers using company van
- Plan efficient delivery routes
- Load and secure products safely
- Provide excellent customer service on delivery
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliability
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit (lifting required)
- Fork lift licences – not essential as training provided if necessary. (counter-balance and reach)
Hours:
- Week 1: Mon-Fri 08:00 AM to 5.00 PM
What You Get:
Competitive salary - £12.80 per hour
