We are independent estate agents in Hulme, Manchester seeking a motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team.
You will be expected to:
- Register applicants for both Sales and Lettings.
- Arrange appointments and carry out viewings.
- Negotiate offers between parties.
- Liaise with admin staff and oversee individual deals through to completion.
- Build relationships with Landlords and Vendors to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
- Actively promote the company, identify new business and liaise with the Manager to grow the client base.
- Generally assist in the smooth running of the office.
The ideal candidate will have some estate agency experience, although we will consider those with a good customer service/sales background. You will be both motivated and enthusiastic about property, enjoy working within a target driven environment, possess good communication and customer service skills, have excellent organisational and time management skills and have a smart and presentable appearance. Above all you will be expected to be professional at all times. Hours of work 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
We offer a competitive basic salary plus uncapped bonuses.
