Your Role:
✔ Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their taxi bookings
✔ Input journey details into our Taxi System Computers
✔ Support drivers and customers for a smooth workflow
✔ Provide excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Good keyboard and computer skills
✅ A polite and professional telephone manner
✅ Local knowledge of Rochdale
✅ No experience needed – full training provided
