The Role
We are looking for a Production Chef to join our kitchen team.
The position is initially available on a part-time basis, with the possibility of full-time hours for the right candidate, depending on experience, skills, availability and ability to work independently within the kitchen.
This is primarily a production-focused role. You must be comfortable preparing the same products consistently, following recipes, working efficiently and maintaining the same standards throughout every shift.
What We Are Looking For
To be considered, you must:
- Have at least 1 year of professional kitchen experience
- Have previously worked in a commercial/professional kitchen
- Be confident with food preparation and basic kitchen procedures
- Be comfortable with repetitive production work
- Be able to follow recipes, quantities and preparation procedures accurately
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Be able to work independently once trained

Hours
Part-time initially, with hours discussed based on availability and business requirements.
There is the possibility of moving to full-time hours for candidates with the appropriate kitchen experience, skills and performance.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
