The role
We are looking for an Operations & Payroll Specialist to join our Liverpool office. This is a varied, hands-on position sitting at the centre of the practice, supporting both our payroll function and the day-to-day running of the office.
What you will be doing
Payroll processing, including RTI submissions to HMRC and pension auto-enrolment management. Following up with HMRC and Companies House on client applications. Managing client appointments, reception, and correspondence. Overseeing office administration, supplies, and facilities. Maintaining document management systems in line with GDPR requirements.
What we are looking for
Fluent English and Cantonese are essential. Relevant payroll or administrative experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required. Conversational Mandarin is an advantage. Familiarity with HMRC processes is welcome but not required.

Pay: £23,133.00-£26,000.00 per year
