Branch Administrator:
Location: Weybridge
Hours: 35+
We are looking for a highly organised Branch Administrator to support our Project Management team in the day-to-day administration for our London-Weybridge team.
The Role: You will be joining Bagnalls, a well-established national painting and decorating contractor. As a Branch Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to the Branch Manager and Contract Managers, helping to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a permanent, office-based role.
The working hours for this role are expected to be approx. 35 – 39 hours per week, worked over 5 days. (The specific working hours can be flexible to suit the successful candidate)
You: In this role, you will be an integral part of our Weybridge team. You’ll help ensure smooth operations by assisting with project documentation, communications, and other administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience, ideally in construction, utilities, or facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the branch team.

Organise and maintain project files and ensure information is easily accessible.

Regular communication with customers and branch colleagues

Reconcile aged debtor accounts, keeping accounts up to date and pursuing outstanding debts

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal/external communications.

Assist with document management, including contracts, reports, and correspondence when required.
Essential Criteria:

Previous administrative experience
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow

Adaptable to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Criteria:
-
Experience in the construction, utilities, or facilities management sector is desirable.

Knowledge of project documentation and contract administration processes.

Previous experience in sales or account management.
