EBG Helicopters is a small, friendly aviation engineering company with the following UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) approvals:
- Part 145: Repairs, Servicing, and Engineering
- CAMO: Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation
- ATO: Air Training Organisation – Flight Training School
- AOC: Air Operators Certificate – Commercial Air Transport
EBG Helicopters is looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Engineering Office.
We are seeking either an experienced CAMO or Office administrator or a graduate junior office administrator looking to begin a career in aviation. The successful candidate will join a small, friendly team in a varied role supporting our engineering operation.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established helicopter operator and maintenance organisation where no two days are the same. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The Role
The responsibilities of this role will vary depending on your experience.
Candidates with previous CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) experience will play an active role in supporting our CAM (Continuing Airworthiness Manager) and also support all aspects of our engineering office administration.
Candidates without aviation experience will initially focus on supporting the engineering office through General Administration, Stores and Accounts processes while developing an understanding of the engineering environment. As your knowledge and experience grow, there will be opportunities to take on additional engineering and CAMO responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Engineering Office.
- Assisting with CAMO documentation and continuing airworthiness records.
- Maintaining accurate aircraft and technical records.
- Updating company databases and electronic filing systems.
- Liaising with engineers, suppliers and customers.
- Supporting engineering stores, including stock control, goods received and inventory administration.
- Assisting with accounts administration, including purchase invoices, supplier paperwork and data entry.
- Preparing reports, documentation and correspondence.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries.
- Providing general administrative support across the business as required.

- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- A quick learner with a proactive and positive approach.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, reliable and eager to develop new skills.
Essential Requirements
- Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to work flexibly and prioritise competing tasks.
Desirable Skills and Experience
One or more of the following would be advantageous:
- Previous CAMO or aviation engineering administration experience.
- Knowledge of continuing airworthiness requirements.
- Experience in a busy administrative role.
- Experience supporting stores, purchasing or inventory processes.
- Experience assisting with accounts administration.
- An interest in aviation.

- English language fluency.
- UK work authorisation (required).
- Driving licence (preferred).
