The WHY
This role exists to ensure NADINE MERABI’S campaign and content productions are planned and delivered smoothly, on time and within budget. The Creative Producer turns approved creative briefs into clear production plans and coordinates every practical detail from pre-production through to shoot delivery, post-production and final asset handover.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY
The WHAT
Responsible for:
Production planning: Translating approved creative briefs into clear production plans, actions, milestones, critical paths and deliverable schedules across pre-production, shoot days and post-production.- Production documentation: Creating and circulating accurate call sheets, schedules, shot-list trackers, contact lists, booking information and other production documentation in good time.
- Freelancers and suppliers: Sourcing, briefing, booking and coordinating the freelance creatives, studios, locations and production suppliers required for each project.
- Rate negotiation and bookings: Negotiating freelance and supplier rates, availability and working terms within agreed budgets and company processes, with clear written confirmations and usage information.
- Supplier network: Maintaining a dependable roster of photographers, videographers, stylists, hair and make-up artists, assistants, studios, locations, retouchers and other production partners.
- Purchase orders and invoices: Raising or coordinating purchase orders, documenting cost approvals, checking invoices against agreed costs and ensuring outstanding invoices are followed through for approval and payment.
- Samples and product: Liaising with Product and Merchandising and relevant teams to request samples on time and maintaining accurate product lists covering availability, substitutions, arrivals, transfers and returns.
- Product preparation and transport: Preparing, labelling, organising and packing product and shoot suitcases; coordinating couriers, transport and secure storage; and ensuring samples are checked back in or returned promptly.
- Shoot logistics: Coordinating studios, locations, crew, talent agencies, equipment, travel, accommodation, catering, couriers and permits, and confirming every practical requirement before the shoot.
- On-set coordination: Providing hands-on production support on shoot days, keeping the schedule moving, documenting agreed changes and resolving practical issues calmly and quickly.
- Post-production: Coordinating selects, retouching, editing, amends and approval rounds against the agreed schedule, with consolidated feedback communicated clearly.
- Asset delivery and records: Ensuring final files are complete, correctly named, supplied to specification and handed over to the relevant channel owners on time, with organised production and cost records retained.
- Cross-functional communication: Acting as the operational point of contact for live productions, running production check-ins and maintaining effective relationships across Creative, Product, Marketing, E-commerce and Finance.
- Secondary creative support: Where production priorities allow, supporting the Head of Creative with campaign research, references and deck preparation.
Accountable for:
Campaign and content productions being fully prepared and delivered to the agreed brief, format, timeline and approved budget.- Production critical paths, call sheets, contact information and trackers being accurate, current and clearly communicated.
- Freelancers and suppliers being booked at commercially appropriate rates, with terms, availability and deliverables confirmed.
- Budget, purchase-order and invoice information being complete, transparent and easy to reconcile at production close.
- Samples and product being requested early, packed securely, available when needed and returned promptly.
- Final assets progressing through post-production and being delivered to the correct owners and specifications on time.
- Production risks, missing information, cost pressures and potential delays being identified and escalated early with practical solutions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The HOW
Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in creative, content or shoot production, ideally within fashion, luxury, e-commerce, or retail.
- Strong end-to-end production coordination skills across pre-production, shoot delivery and post-production.
- Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to manage several deadlines and moving parts at once.
- Experience sourcing freelancers or suppliers, negotiating rates and confirming bookings professionally.
- Confidence maintaining budgets, cost trackers, purchase-order information and invoice records with a high level of accuracy.
- Hands-on experience coordinating samples or product for shoots, including packing, transport, tracking and returns.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to chase actions, clarify decisions and escalate risks.
- Strong spreadsheet, project-management and shared-file skills, with consistently high attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment and a genuine interest in fashion, brand and visual content.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly around shoot schedules when required.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in a growing brand where production processes, trackers and relationships with freelancers and external production partners have needed to scale
- A strong existing network of relevant freelance creatives and production suppliers.
- Working knowledge of image and video production terminology, usage, licensing, post-production workflows and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
