Sales Associate (Entry-Level) – Full Training Provided

We are currently expanding our Cardiff-based sales team and are looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join us in a face-to-face, door-to-door sales role within residential areas.
This is an entry-level opportunity, so previous sales experience is not essential. From your first day, you’ll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you develop strong customer service and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Speak with customers directly in residential neighbourhoods
- Introduce and explain relevant products and services in a professional manner
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Respond to questions and handle objections confidently and courteously
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Work towards individual and team performance goals
- Take part in regular training and development sessions
- Travel to and from our Cardiff office as part of your working routine
