Chesterfield Car Clinic is a busy and reputable body shop committed to delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and excellent customer service. We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations.
Role Overview
This is a varied and hands-on administrative role at the heart of our business. You’ll be supporting workshop processes, ensuring compliance documentation is accurate, and providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining job packs to support BSI compliance
- Download for job packs pre- and post-diagnostic administration checks
- Handling invoice administration and ensuring accuracy of records
- Providing customer support, including:
- Greeting customers face-to-face
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries
- General office administration to support the smooth running of the business
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous body shop or automotive experience preferred, but not essential
