Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen and Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service in a lively setting, preparing food and beverages while ensuring safety standards are met. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a memorable experience for our members and guests.
Duties
- Prepare cook and serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high quality standards
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist in setting up the bar and kitchen area for service shifts
- Take orders accurately, serve with professionalism, and handle payments responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and bar equipment throughout your shift
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Support team members in delivering excellent hospitality experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a Pub, Restaurant or hospitality environment, in similar roles
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Strong serving skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- A friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
