Installation and maintenance of British made drinking water purifiers and our range of multi-function boiling taps
We are based in Woking, Surrey. You will receive a van, uniform, fuel and expense card to support you each day. Your role will be to install, maintain and service these products.
Full training provided.
Hours of Work
We aim to start on-site at 0830. Typically, you will visit 4 clients in the day. There will be scope for overtime should you wish.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients enjoy excellent, uninterrupted service.
Scope for advancement into the full range of water treatment systems within 12 months.
Experience
- Background in plumbing or mechanical engineering.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients professionally.
- A valid clean(ish) driving license is essential.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, mechanical components, or software applications is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
