TRAINEE DENTAL NURSE POSITION - Ponthir, Newport - Restore Dental Group
This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a career as a Dental Care Professional.
The pathway is a combination of work based training with addition of online learning.
Government funded course leading to a Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing;
*Training in practice and online training support via tutor
*Full time Monday - Friday - (PT available )
Shifts start at 7,45am
*National living wages whilst training
The ideal candidate will have;
GCSE in Mathematics and English or equivalent (required for government funded course)
Knowledge of the role of the dental nurse and a keen interest in Dental Nursing as a career
Be able to be flexible and work to deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Highly motivated
Familiar with computer systems to enable electronic access to and completion of coursework
The ability to undertake self-directed learning and to complete written assignments/projects and undertake self-directed study outside of working hours
