Join Ivetsey Bank Hospital, a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) service in Staffordshire, providing specialist inpatient care for young people with complex mental health needs. As part of the ACG Mental Health Network and the West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaborative, we deliver compassionate, recovery-focused care in partnership with young people, families, and professionals.
We are seeking a Head of Therapies and Clinical Psychologist to provide strategic leadership across Therapy Services while maintaining a substantive clinical role within our specialist Eating Disorders Service.
This unique split role includes:

2 days per week leading Therapy Services, driving clinical excellence, governance, and service development across allied health professionals and therapy teams

3 days per week delivering specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to young people with eating disorders and complex mental health needs
You will play a key role in shaping a clinically led, evidence-based, and person-centred service, supporting multidisciplinary teams across our three units: Eating Disorders, PICU, and General Adolescent Services. Reporting to the Hospital Director, you'll contribute to strategic planning, quality assurance, and workforce development while helping young people achieve meaningful recovery.
