Our warehouse in Brierley Hill DY2 is looking to recruit a full-time, permanent, reliable Warehouse Operative.
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and seamless functioning of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
- Light machine work including use of threading machines
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Maintain stock records.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Waste disposal
Requirements:
- Experience or license of a Bendi Forklift is highly desired
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to quality work.

Working hours: 40 hours per week - 9.30am-6pm Mon - Thurs | Friday - 9:00 - 5:30pm
