We have been successfully trading for over 15 years, employing over 170 office staff and over 3000 engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK's largest energy installer in the coming years.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our team as an Operations Executive, and will play a crucial role in providing operational support to our customers and subcontractors.
What you’ll be doing as a Glow Green Operations Executive
- Be the face of Glow Green for our customers by supporting them with installation or aftercare enquiries by phone and email in a professional manner, and engaging with them in a way that shows we really care about doing the right thing
- Help and support customers with technical installation queries or aftercare repair work, and arrange for engineers and electricians to attend appointments
- Decide within our guidelines the best problem fix for each individual customer who has had a problem, recommending new options if needed, and own your customers in order to complete their installation or aftercare support
- Communication is key! You need to ensure you keep regularly update your customers, and demonstrate empathy and rapport
- Proactively work with other business areas to ensure customer queries and appointments are managed effectively
The ideal Operations Executive
- At least 2 years experience within a customer operational role or similar
- Experience in multi tasking and extremely organised
- Skilled at problem solving and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Works well individually as well as being a team Player
