Braiding Machine Operator (Full-Time)

We're looking for Machine Operator/General Operative to join our small team:
Full-Time Position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
If you have experience operating braiding machines or any experience with yarns and are looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor braiding machines to produce high-quality yarns
- Set up machines and carry out routine quality checks.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Picking and packing orders if required
- Work closely with the team to meet production targets.
- Help us continuously improve our processes as we grow.
- Learn about different working areas within the business and work in a different departments to prepare for the team leading position.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in operating braiding machines is preferred, but we're happy to consider motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to develop your skills.
Working Hours:
Full-Time Position from 7th September
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay:
- £12.71 during the initial 3-month probation period.
- £14.00 per hour after successfully completing the probation period.
