La Mesa is looking for an experienced Part-Time Supervisor to join our team at our vibrant Mexican restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising front of house operations during shifts.
- Leading, motivating, and supporting team members.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Opening/closing duties and cash up procedures.
- Maintaining company standards.
- Assisting management with day to day operations.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisor experience in a restaurant setting is essential. Minimum one year.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident handling busy service periods
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
