About STRONG Pilates
STRONG Pilates is one of the world's fastest-growing boutique fitness brands, combining Reformer Pilates, strength and cardio into an innovative 45-minute workout.
We're looking for an ambitious Studio Manager to help launch our Maidenhead studio and become the face of one of Berkshire's newest premium fitness destinations.
This isn't just another management role—it's an opportunity to join the business before we open, work alongside the owners and Franchise Manager, and play a key role in building a successful studio from the ground up.
The Opportunity
As Studio Manager, you'll:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the studio.
- Drive membership sales and business growth.
- Recruit, motivate and develop an exceptional team.
- Deliver an outstanding member experience.
- Build relationships within the local community.
- Become fully STRONG Academy qualified and teach classes as part of the role.
You'll also gain valuable experience working within our award-winning Anytime Fitness Maidenhead franchise before launch, receiving mentoring and hands-on support throughout your development.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about health, fitness and people.
- Has strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Enjoys sales, member engagement and business development.
- Is commercially aware and highly organised.
- Leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Wants to build a career, not just find another job.
Management experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail would be advantageous, although personality, attitude and ambition are just as important.
STRONG Academy
All successful applicants are required to complete the fully funded STRONG Academy, regardless of previous Pilates or fitness experience.
The Academy includes online learning, practical in-studio training and a final assessment. Attendance at all Academy dates is mandatory and forms part of the recruitment process.
